S is for Stanley tells the touching story of Emilio D’Alessandro, Stanley Kubrick’s personal driver and intimate of over 30 years. The film explores the unlikely bond of friendship that formed between these two outwardly opposite men, spanning four cinema masterpieces, and in so doing reveals insights into the mind and soul of a creative genius.

In April 2016, S is for Stanley won "Best Documentary (Miglior Documentario di Lungometraggio)" at the Italian David di Donatello Awards.
